Refund Policy
Because all products on manuhub.live are digital and customized for each client, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms before placing your order.
Non-Refundable Products
- Customized appointment cards, ID cards, letterheads, and business cards
- Downloadable or previewable digital files
- Orders where the design process has already begun
Refunds Will Be Issued ONLY If:
- The file was never delivered within the promised delivery timeline due to an error from our side
- You were wrongly charged for a product you did not receive
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake and confirmed with proof
Not Eligible for Refund:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You submitted wrong names, spellings, logos, or details
- You expected a different design outcome not previously agreed upon
- File was delivered and downloaded successfully
- WhatsApp/email delivery failed due to incorrect user data or user-side issues
How to Report an Issue
Please send an email to support@manuhub.live within 24 hours of receiving the file. Be sure to include:
- Order ID
- Nature of issue
- Screenshots if applicable
We will evaluate the issue and respond within 48 hours.
